Thursday

Observed the crescent Moon and took photos. Observed Jupiter and Saturn briefly as well. The sky was like clear patches occasionally coming and going in between clouds. Spotter Fomalhaut, the constellation of Grus and α Tucanae down in the South. Couldn't do much observations other than this.

PS - Looking at Stellarium, it seems that I might've been looking at the wrong spot for the Ring Nebula in Lyra. Thanks to all the trees, spotting it in the telescope is even more confusing. This means that I might be able to spot the Ring Nebula before it becomes inaccessible again this year!
